Editing Styles : Creating An Editor.css file
For best results you can opt to setup the editor to the custom needs of your website. The editor is perfectly placed to do this but as template clubs and developers don’t seem to adhere to a single code of practise (i.e. placing styles in a consistent manor) it can often be simpler to create your own style-sheet for the editor and configure the editor to use it.
We do this by creating an ‘editor.css’ style-sheet and then drop it alongside your CSS files in your template. Then set the “Editing area” and the “Styles Dropdown” setting to use your new ‘editor.css’ style sheet in the wizard.
In this way your style in your list and editing area will render the same and you have full control over how the editor will render.
