When pasting external webpage content, save the images to local folder

I don't know how many people like this idea, but I do know there are some users want to use this feature.

If you can not understand this idea from the title, please allow me explain it a little:

Suppose you copyed a part of another webpage (online page), including texts and images (surely those images are stored on their server), then you paste these content into your Joomla editor (Ark Editor), then you Save this article, and those images will be AUTOMATICALLY grabbed from that external server and saved to your own server (local folder), then those src value of img element will also be changed to local (internal) link.

Is it possible to do this?

Thank you.
