Hi Versacom,

This could be happening because of a MooTools and jQuery conflict. One thing that could cause this would be if jQuery was not running in non conflict mode, in your sites template. Could you check if this is the case? Also, you could try disabling the system modal plugin and this will stop MooTools loading in the front of your template but it will also mean that any lightbox that is already set up or that you may create, will not work anymore.

I hope this helps.

Kindest Regards,

Thank you, I have already tried all of the above things. I have loaded 'eorisis: jQuery' plugin to ensure that jQuery is loaded in no conflict mode and in the right order. I still have the issue.

I have also disabled the modal plugin, this fixes the issue with the dropdown menu but makes the inline editor unusable. I still have the issue of the Glyphicons.

Hi Versacom,

Thanks for your reply.

Please could you tell us if your template is a custom template that you built yourself? If not, could you tell us what template you are using and where you got it from?

Kindest Regards,

Is there any progress on this issue?

I have opened a ticket with the template author, hopefully someone can solve this.

Hi Versacom,

I am very sorry for the delayed response.

The issue would be that there is a conflict with Mootools and the JQuery plugin. Unfortunately without accessesing your site, we are unable to reslove this issue for you. If you would like, you could take out a Support Subscription and we would be able to login to your site, to resolve this issue.

Kindest Regards,
