Your system has no way of interacting with existing bugs (e.g. so I’m forced to report a new bug. I’m trying to do the net-neighbourly thing, but since you seem to discourage free users giving you useful feedback.

This is a very serious bug as it seems to mean the editor cannot even be enabled, regardless of whether it is the default editor or whether an individual user has it set as their editor.

Hi seanos,

Thank you for your post.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the way our Report a Bug system works but we do have a very good level of support and every bug that is reported, we test and if we can replicate it, we fix it. This bug has been repatched, in version 1.7.8. Please see: Updating the editor will resolve this issue.

Kindest Regards,
