#125 – wysiwyg area does not show iframe contents

Create an article and add an iframe.
In ARK editor, a red rectangle with IFRAME in it is shown but not the iframe's contents.
In JCK editor the contents of the iframe were visible.
I have not found any setting to restore the JCK behaviour in ARK editor.
See attached screenshot for a comparison.
I only have tested Firefox 45 (and below) and IE 11 but I guess this problem is not browser-dependant.

Steps to replicate the issue
Create an article and add an iframe. In ARK editor, a red rectangle with IFRAME in it is shown but not the iframe's contents. In JCK editor the contents of the iframe were visible. Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately that is how it works, you are not able to view the contents of the iframe in the editor. If you are trying to embed a YouTube video then you would need to use the YouTube plugin. You can download the YouTube plugin here: http://arkextensions.com/downloads/ark-editor/plug-ins
