MrFrugii

I have followed the documentation as per http://arkextensions.com/documentation/ark-editor/end-user-guide/350-working-with-wysiwyg-images, and can't get the screen that allows me to resize the images prior to inserting into my article.

I also tried to follow the documentation as per http://arkextensions.com/documentation/ark-editor/end-user-guide/204-creating-an-image-lightbox, and can't get the screen that allows me to selet ALIGN, CAPTION, MODEL,LIGHTBOX.

I only installed the product yesterday - to actually use the image processing you have - everything appears to work with the install.

Apologies, if I missed something!

John

Hi John,

Thank you for your post.

The resize, crop, rotate and flip functions are Ark Media Manager features. I have had a look at your account and can see that you have the Ark Editor Standard plan, this plan doesn't come with the Ark Media Manager. If you would like, you can upgrade your account to the $75 Ark Editing Suite: Pro which comes with the Ark Media Manager. Please see: http://arkextensions.com/products/ark-editor. If you would like to do this, we can give you a $55 coupon and you would pay the $20 difference. Please let us know if you would like us to do this?

Kindest Regards,

Louisa
