This problem only seems to affect the back-end. If I edit the same article via the front-end, the version history shows correctly.

The request made to the server when it fails has type_id=&type_alias=.

and when it work ok, it has type_id=1&type_alias=com_content.article

URL when list doesn't popluate (back-end):

URL when list shows versions correctly (front-end):

Steps to replicate the issue
Log in to the back-end as super user. Edit an article in the back-end which has some versions already saved. Click the Versions button (built-in to Joomla between Save as Copy and Close) Confirm that there are some versions shown for the article. Click the Ark Editor Versions icon (clock hands with anti-clockwise circular arrow around) Expected behaviour: list of versions will be shown (same as when clicking the Joomla button) Actual behaviour: no versions are shown (columns are shown but list is empty)
