#64 – Cannot Install Pro version over Standard Version

I purchased initially the Standard Version. I installed the Standard version. There was no upgrade path and purchased the Pro version the same day. I installed the Pro version, but the additional extensions were greyed out and a button: Buy Pro appears during the installation. I tried uninstalling and installang, downloaded the installer with the pro button in my client area, but always the same installer 1.0.9 is downloaded and there apparently is no way to override the initial Standard setup. So I already paid double, but only get the standard version. Please provide some support or indicate, where I possibly have made a mistake. Thank you

Steps to replicate the issue
can only download one 1.0.9 installer version. Uninstalling and re-installing alwayd leads to the same result - only standard version with standard extensions available and purchasing the pro version is offered for the pro extensions

Hi vdamann,

I am very sorry that you have had trouble installing the pro version of the editor. The problem was that you had two accounts (an old account with your expired JCK subscription and a newer account with your Ark subscription), both with the same username and email address which was confusing the system. I have deleted the old account which was not in use so you can now install the pro version of the editor.

Would you like a refund for your purchase of the 'Ark Editor: Standard' as you do don't need this plan if you have the pro plan?

Thank you for the quick reply.

I was also confused about my 2 accountsregular_smile.png. It now works and am able to install the PRO version and additional extensions.
