Hey guys,

So I just installed ARK on a new website, but I can not get the front end edditing to work.

I am using the same settings as I do on my other websites but when I type in what components to activate ARK in it does not take.

First screenshot is the settings on the new site, the second is another site I use where the enabled components "pop" into a box.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks!

Hi Joris.

Thanks for your post.

Joomla renders the select list so something is conflicting with Joomla and causing this issue. Are there any Javascript errors being thrown? If so could you provide us with an error report? Are you using a different admin template as this could be causing the issue?

We can have a look on your site to try and resolve this but you would need to post the issue in the support forum and add your site details there.

Kindest Regards,

Louisa
