When I edit a photo within the Ark Media Manager and save the image, it appears as missing on the front end of my website as you see here:

I resize the image in Ark using a size preset I created, and crop the image also using a size preset. When I save the image after editing the image is corrupt in some way. When I edit the photo in Photoshop or upload the original image it appears on the front end just fine.

Hello Paul,

I have added my site login details. Thank you for taking a look. I'm curious to see what you find.

Hi artisanwebandprint,

Thanks for providing the access details. We had a quick look at your site an was able to upload, crop & insert an image into an article successfully. However, there is a Javascript error on the page which can cause a lot of generic issues like this. A manual refreshing of the Ark Media's cache will be required to clear these errors. This requires deleting a file on your site using FTP. We can do this for you if you add your FTP details with your login details or you can delete the cache yourself following the steps at the bottom of this tutorial:

This should hopefully resolve the issue, but if it doesn't then let us know so we can look further into it.
