Hello,

When I try to upload an image using the 'Add Media' button in a Joomla! article I get the following error on a blank page...

{"files":[{"name":"ourcraft6.jpg","size":125647,"type":"image\/jpeg","error":"Unable to Upload. Destination Path Could not be Found.","messages":["Unable to Upload. Destination Path Could not be Found."],"preview":{"thumbnail":null,"icon":null},"observer":{"stack":"","path":""}}]}

When I try to edit an existing image by accessing the Ark Media Manager using the 'Add Media' button I get the following message...

"To Access this Feature Please Ensure that the Related Ark Media Feature Plugin is Published & Ark Media Cache is Cleared. This Information Can be Found in the Ark Media's Configuration Page Under the Plugins Tab."

My site details are in my account feel free to log in if you need to. Thanks so much for all the help.

Hi artisanwebandprint,

We've run some test uploads on your site and was successfully able to upload images to your site using the Ark Media. However when investigating your other issue in a separate ticket we cleared some server-side cache that was causing a Javascript error in Ark Media so this may have also resolved the issue for you. Could you run another test to see if this is the case & let us know if not?

Regards,

Paul

Hi artisanwebandprint,

Glad the issue is now fixed! We alos do plan on revising the caching system in the future to avoid potential problems like this from cropping up again.

Regards,

Paul
