Tried different ways:

- Run from Update Joomla component

- Manual installation from downloaded file. All time same error.

Hi ViscountVic,

Could you add your site details so we can access your site to try and resolve the problem? To do this go to 'Client Area' > 'Edit Account Details', then 'Site Details', where you can fill in your site details.

Hello, paulc.

Problem in different hostings, different sites. I can't give access into working sites. I checked update in different hostings and 80% updates was finished with errors.

You have all necessary information:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /home/pegasustransvbiz/public_html/tmp/install_576770af7e46a/script.php on line 108

Code from file script.php, line 108: $this->type = (string)$manifest->version->attributes()['type'];

I'm thining, that problem in PHP 5.3.29 version. Just try update Ark Media Manager with PHP 5.3.29.

Yesterday I checked other hosting with PHP Version 5.3.10 - same problem. Ark Media Manager wasn't updated.
