Hi Netikon,

What user roles/access levels are the users (e.g. Registered & Administrator), so that we can see if we can replicate the issue on our development servers.

Alternatively if you post a technical request ticket here and attach your site details we will take a look into your site for you.

Regards,

Paul

all roles are joomla's default.
To administrator can view core - ark media
but registesred users are not allowed to access core - ark media
If I also enable registered users to be able to access core - ark media, then it works as it should.

Hi Netikon,

We haven't been able to replicate this issue on our staging site. Below is a list of the steps we took to replicate the issue. Could you let us know if you used a different set of steps?

  • Create a user ("testuser") with both Registered & Administrator (not super admin) access levels.
  • Log in to the back-end of the Joomla site.
  • Navigate to Top Menu/components/Ark Media.
  • Can correctly see the user folder "testuser".

Let us know if we have missed a step in our tests, or if you are experiencing the issue with the above steps could you post a technical request ticket here and attach your site details so that we can take a look into your site for you.

Regards,

Paul
