Hello,

This issue doesnt happen all the time, but since I have been testing your ARK software (over 6 months), there is an issue in every version, where occasionally the modal popup window for the image editor is massive (approximaetly 2 times the actual size/resolution of the screen.

Then I have to resize the image just to edit anything. If I used this in a production environment, my clients wouldnt have a clue how to use it/fix it (thus, this is why I still cant use ARK software for my prodcution client website...i would like to, but way to many bugs).

Attached is a screen shot

Hi austenn01,

Thank you for your ticket. When you experience this issue are you using the image button in the Ark Editor or the Ark Media editor-xtd button below the editor itself?

We have not encountered this issue before in our testing which implies that there is something else interfering with the styling of the page. Do you have any special/custom configuration, setup, templates or plugins that you can switch about to help diagnose the problem?

If you add your site's detail with admin access to your profile in the Client Area of this Ark Extensions site we will happily look into the issue for you.

Regards,

Paul
