I had already tried to install the file available from this url a number of times to no avail before contacting you.

It feels like the registration code for the Ark Pro Editor package that I purchased earlier, does not recognise the new Ark Menu Editor package.

I have not had the time to try installing it on another web-site I maintain yet.

No panic and no rush, but if we can get this resolved this week sometime that would be great.

Hi Riese,

I have installed the Ark Menu on site and it has installed. I think it did install before when you tried it but there was an issue with Ark Extension Manager  that did not show that you instaled that product. I have updated the Ark Extension Manager for you.
