Hi,

Thank you for adding the site details. We have applied a patch to the following file that you can copy to your live environment:

plugins/system/arkfme/arkfme.php

Or alternatively add the following line of code to the top of the file:

jimport( 'joomla.filesystem.folder' );

 just below this line:

defined('_JEXEC') or die;

That should sort the issue. Let us know if you need any other help.
