Hi,

My account is not being recognised by ArkManager. I believe I have basically got a full year to run. The symptom is that when installing ArkManager, and loging in, I don't get the options for the Pro copies or the FME tool.

I've tried installations (on a localhost server) from Firefox and Chrome, clearing caches on the frontend and backend.

I was trying for a complete reinstall since I was getting Error Loading Data messages when editing an article at the front end. This looked to be 404 errors from my test system, a staging server and a live server. Fair enough - that is a different question for a different topic...

Joomla is v3.8.3

Template is Warp7 Master template

Other extensions are Acymailing,Akeeba Admin Tools & Backup,Docman and DropTables.

Hi Brian,

At present you only have an active Fronted Editing Suite subscription. Your Ark Editor Pro subscription has expired. This is why you can't currently access that option.

Hi Matt,

I'm confused by your answer. I thought that the Suite superceeded and included the pro version of the editor ? I figured that I can pick and choose what to install from the Suite. The front-end menu editor facility just seems to fail for me - but right now it's not a  problem or a priority especially since it's still in beta.

 Bundle offer coming with the ARK Editor Pro, Media Manager Pro, Ark Frontend Menu Editing & Ark Widget Pro 

My connectivity to the internet can be flakey at times - so it's possible that the validation of my account didn't go as smoothly as it should.

Hi Brian,

We sorry for our late response. You are correct in saying that the Suite provides you with fuller access than the Editor pro subscription. As such you shouldn't be experiencing the issues you have mentioned.

Are all your site's setup locally? If you have one stored online can you add your site details and we can take a look to see if there are any issues we can resolve.

The front-end menu shouldn't be failing completely! But we do have a lot more planned for it as we move it to a more stable release, we can take a look at this too if it isn't a local installation.
