Yes I have several websites that I use the Ark Manager on with Pro Editor and Pro Media, Etc... My subscription is active and good, but for some reason on every site I get Installation error when I try to update the editor and media manager through the ARK Manager. Then gives eerror that it can not retreive data. I even double checked my subscription. If I update them seperatly through the regular Joomla Install area it works fine and updates. What do i need to fix. I already tried uninstalling the ARK Manager and then re-installing it still did not work. I have about 200 sites to update. Thanks for any help in the right direction.
