Hi,

I have many sites using ARK. My subscription had expired, so I purchased a new one. I inserted the new Download Key, assuming this would activate the new subscription, thus allowing me to update the components. Basically, what has happenes is that Extension Manager now tells me that it is version 1.0.13, but other components such as ARK Editor & ARK Media Manager still require renewal.

I have attempted to attachh a screen capture, however, nothing hapens when I click "insert:, so I don't know if you will see the attachment.

Obviously, Extension Manager still thinks I need to renew some subscriptions. Please advise.

Hi Zane Hrynewich,

I am sorry no one responded to this ticket before now. I have looked into both your account and your website and found you was using the wrong key token for your subscription. Could I ask where you got that token value?

The Ark extension manager will generate you the token key when you log onto the Ark extension site via the extension manager.

I have updated the value for the token key on your site to the correct one and it all should be working for you now.

Hi Zane Hrynewich,

Maybe it is a wording issue and that is something we will look into. But the key shown in the frontend is not the download Key. It is the Id for your subscription.

The key will auto generate when you login via the login button in the Ark Extension Manager to the Ark Extension site. So you should never have to enter the key manually yourself.
