Resolved "Installation failed" when trying to install ARK Media Manager

Hello ARK Support Team,

i am trying to install the ARK Media Manager via the Extension Manager.
Unfortunately it is failing immediately with the message "Installation failed". I do not know if there are some Installation or Error Logs.

In the Standard error.log i can find the following:

[Tue Apr 09 12:03:09.130492 2019] [core:error] [pid 23490] [client 145.228.59.69:45281] End of script output before headers: index.php, referer: https://karussellpferde.de/administrator/index.php?option=com_arkmanager
 

Would be great if you can have a look and check.

Hi Alexander Fredebeul,

Could you also supply us with your user credientials you use to log on to this site in the private SIte Details? Also if possible can you supply us with FTP details, so that will help if  we need to do any further diagnosis to see what is the cause of the problem.

I have noticed when trying to browse your site I sometimes get a 500 server internal error. Maybe that is something to look into as well.
