Hi,

I use ARK on a number of sites. I have been attempting to perform updates - some sites worked without a problem, but on 13 sites, installation (upgrades) failed. I tried deleting the KEY form "Options", re-logging into my ARK account via Extension Manager & refreshing the subscription without any luck,

Please advise

Hi Zane,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Please use this link to download the new version of the Ark Extension Manager http://arkextensions.com/downloads/ark-manager

We made changes to the Ark Extension Manger that unfortunately means you will not be able to download the new version  via the manager but have to download from this site.
