Resolved File selector (for videos) not loading folder contents when video files are present

If I click the Ark Media button in the toolbar (so as to add a video), it'll load my folder structure as expected, but if I navigate to a folder containing video files, the "loading" animation will just spin endlessly. I never get an error or any other feedback as to why it's not loading the contents of the folder...

Hi Holdworthdesign,

Thank you for your ticket. Are yoy happy for us to take a look into your site with your attached credentials to see what is going on? It could boil down to something like an invalid file name.

Hi thanks,

We had a look & could see the issue. We initially thought there was an issue with the mp4's preventing it from loading, so we updated your configuration to exclude these files (which allowed the page to load). However, after re-enabling the mp4's the issue no longer appears. We aren't entirely sure why this fixed the issue, it could possibly be an old set of configuration options that needed re-saving!

Either way could you re-test and see if the issue still occurs for you. Let us know if you still get stuck.
