Thanks for providing details to your site. We've had a look and can see the issue you are referring too. If you swap between folders then images do start to load up correctly. So something is either getting in the way of the initial loading of the images or only a handful of images are being allowed to load at once.

The source of the issue isn't clear to us yet so we will need to investigate the issue further in order to fully diagnose what is going on here. This will involve switching off 3rd party plugins and looking to compare server configurations which we don't want to do on your live environment. So, are you happy for us to take a backup of your site and move it to our servers for further testing?

Hi John,

We have looked into your site on our development servers and there hasn't been an issue loading the images. On looking back at your original site we can see that you are getting resource loading error messages (see attached screenshot). This means that your hosting company is limiting how much resources your account is allowed to use before it gets cut off.

This currently mainly happens on your root "images" folder as there is a large number of images attempting to load at once there.

We will be working on a new parameter option to allow users to change how these thumbnails are loaded which should fix the issue for you. However, you may also want to check whether your hosting package is meeting all your needs as well because this issue may re-occur somewhere else on your site.

We will attempt to directly apply the fix to your site in the meantime and will let you know when we have completed the fix.
