I can not figure out exactly how to fix this error, can anyone assist or point me in the right direction, thanks.

Im so confused as I tried updating to 2.7.1, but the site is still asking me to renew, but I am active till 2021.

Hi Revolion,

You are correct, your subscription is active. Could you send us a screenshot of the Ark Extension Manager page in your site's administrator so we can double check the versions for you. Otherwise, can you add your site details to the Details tab in this ticket and we'll take a look for you.

Thanks JT for the credentials, we can indeed see the issue you are experiencing.

The next step to try and fix this is if you could you try using the "login" button at the top left of the Ark Extension Manager (/administrator/index.php?option=com_arkmanager) to re-login with your Ark account, then try the "refresh" button next to the login button to pull through the new data if it hasn't already done so.

If that doesn't succeed we will need to have another deeper look into the issue for you, so let us know how you get on.

Thanks for your help so far, but I am not able to get it to work. The original site is https://thehummingbirdstore.com/ and it is working great on there. This new link is the redesign that we are doing for them, https://thehummingbirdstore.com/dev2020 . Hope that makes sense and has nothing to do with it and I would think it doesn't because it's using a different database prefix.

Hi JT,

Okay, I think I understand you correctly, if not let me know. Can you try going to the Ark Extension Manager's configuration (via Joomla's global config or by using the config icon in the top right of the Ark Extension manager. From there can you clear the Download Key option and click save. This will force the Ark Extension Manager to log in from scratch. Please let us know whether that works or not and we'll keep digging!

There was no Download Key in there it was blank. Hmmm.....and we keep digging. smiley

Could you try adding your new download key (from the cleint area on this site) and click save. Then try to re-log in.

Ok I found the download keys, but my issue is that I have a lot of them because I have been a customer for years, which one do I use as there are no dates next to them? Thanks for your help. Also having the same issue with another website we are redesigning.

I checked my receipt and found which one was the correct download key, but that still did not fix the issue.
